Katie Eppley is the owner and founder of Cuddlebug Sleep Consulting.

Originally from Massachusetts, Katie is a CNSS (Certified Newborn Sleep Specialist) as well as a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

Katie is a mom, wife, and former elementary school teacher and nanny whose passion for pediatric sleep began when she experienced first hand how sleep can be life-changing when her nanny family hired a sleep consultant. She struggled with Postpartum Anxiety and Depression after having her daughter, so sleep not only became a want, but a need for her and her family.

This passion led to her starting her own business to help other parents just like her. Katie and her husband, Max reside in Troy, MI with their 1 year old daughter, Abby.
