Friends and Family CPR

*Adults and Children Ages 12+
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. *Students of this course will not receive a Heartsaver card/certification.

CPR For Kids

*Kids Ages 8-12
Kids will have an opportunity to learn the chain of survival, which includes recognizing the signs of cardiac arrest, getting help by calling 9-11, how to do hands only CPR and how to use an AED. This is not a certification course.

First Aid for Opioid Overdose

*Adults and Children Ages 12+
This course provides training on how to respond to a suspected opioid overdose emergency. Learn to identify the signs and symptoms of a suspected opioid overdose and appropriate care to provide. Information on how to use several naloxone products including a nasal atomizer, Narcan, and EVZIO to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.

American Red Cross Certification

Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid Training

*Adults and Children Ages 12+
Adults and teenagers 12+ up will learn Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid including AED using mannequins and training equipment.
*Online learning must be completed prior to this session (approximately 4 hours). 

Babysitter Training

*Students Ages 11-15
Taught by an accredited American Red Cross instructor, this class will equip you with the essential skills to keep little ones safe, including basic first aid. The course will cover child care basics as well as basic first aid. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
