  • Cancellation Deadline: Participants may cancel their event registration up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
  • Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your registration, please send an email to support@bloom-u.com stating your intent to cancel. Please include your name, contact information, and the name/date of the event you wish to cancel.
  • Refund Method: Upon cancellation within the specified timeframe, participants will receive a credit equivalent to the event fee paid. This credit will be issued for future use towards any Bloom-U class or event.
  • Refund Exclusions: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Instead, participants will receive credit for their next Bloom-U class or event.
  • Event Changes: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes to the scheduled event, Bloom-U reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event. Participants will be notified promptly in such cases.
  • Expiration of Credit: Credits issued for cancelled event registrations are valid for one year from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  • Transferability: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom they were issued.
  • Exceptions: Bloom-U reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, subject to management discretion.
