Girls Body Care

*Parent and Child, Intended for Girls 10+ up.

Puberty can make a girl’s body seem unfamiliar to her. Nothing feels, looks or even smells the same. It can be overwhelming, but learning about what to expect can make it manageable. Girls will learn about types of bras and fit, body odor, body hair, skin care, body wellness, how to cultivate confidence and self-respect and will have an introduction to periods and period care (including a hands-on activity with pads and tampons).
