Who is this for?(Boys 3rd-5th Grade)

Parents and kids will learn how to identify sticky situations, how the brain responds to social threats, and how to stay calm. Knowing ways to manage emotions, problem solve, manage conflict and stand up for yourself helps us choose how to respond vs. reacting. Parents and kids will make a Calming My Brain & Body Toolkit.
