Kids will learn how to identify sticky situations, how the brain responds to social threats and ways to stay calm in sticky situations. Knowing ways to manage emotions, solve problems, manage conflict and stand up for yourself helps us choose how to respond vs react. Kids will learn words they can say to shut down unfriendly situations and make slime to represent sticky situations.

Social Skills covered include: being a friendly winner and loser, managing frustrations, taking turns, listening, conversation skills and learning words that build us and others up instead of tearing us and others down.
